Rocking back and forth..
Trapped in the cornner sobbing..
Trying to outrun the nightmare..
Incubus won’t vanish..
Tormenting me day and night..
Keeping me in the hallows of fear..
Eternally held captive..
Danmed to live in the horrid darkness..
Rocking back and forth..
Trapped in the cornner sobbing..
Trying to outrun the nightmare..
Incubus won’t vanish..
Tormenting me day and night..
Keeping me in the hallows of fear..
Eternally held captive..
Danmed to live in the horrid darkness..
hello..
y so sad .. I have come after more than a year .. have i missed something
Abbi, great writing as always. Missed you. Hope you are well
I’m doing good Scott, and I could say the same about you ( miss you) You havent been around much huh? Thanks for coming by. It’s always a pleasure hearing from you.
p.s Hope you have been awesome as well. 😀
The chilling spell you weave.
Oh Ben, thank you. I appreciate your kind words. 🙂
Been missing you around, Abi.
I know, Iv had work keeping me pretty busy, being a fresh graduate is not as fun as they make it out to be. 🙂 but ill try my hardest to stick around here. been missing my blog family too much. 🙂
I hope your life looks up soon. 🙂
Rocking back and forth..
just because one is not sinking
Trapped in the cornner sobbing..
does not mean one is not drowning
Trying to outrun the nightmare..
trapped in the undertow of a crushing surf
Incubus won’t vanish..
the leviathan drags his victims into the abyss
Tormenting me day and night..
where we are encounter monsters lurking within
Keeping me in the hallows of fear..
until we remember that we are all children of mara
Eternally held captive..
eternally called to danse upon her raging waves
Damned to live in the horrid darkness..
only until leaden eurydice surrenders to golden orpheus
Abiicha – this is an improvisation on your stunning poem! I will probably publish a revised version at my blog tomorrow.
